This license terminates automatically if you violate any term. You must destroy all copies upon termination.

YOURPRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
## 6. Limitation of liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL YOUR COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
## 7. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
