Deliverability, monitored end to end

Warmup builds reputation — but authentication, blacklists, and content decide whether your mail ever reaches the inbox. We watch all of it.

Authentication

The three records every sender needs

Misconfigured auth is the single biggest reason legitimate mail lands in spam. The platform monitors all three with a guided fix wizard.

SPF

Sender Policy Framework lists which servers may send mail for your domain. A missing or over-broad SPF record gets your mail flagged. We verify it resolves, stays under the 10-lookup limit, and authorizes the right senders.

DKIM

DomainKeys Identified Mail cryptographically signs your messages so receivers can confirm they weren't tampered with. We check your selector publishes a valid public key and that outgoing mail is actually signed.

DMARC

DMARC tells receivers what to do when SPF/DKIM fail, and gives you reporting. We monitor your policy (none / quarantine / reject), alignment, and parse the aggregate reports so you can tighten enforcement safely.

Blacklist monitoring

Continuous checks across major RBLs. Get alerted the moment your domain or sending IP gets listed — and how to request delisting.

Spam-score analysis

Score message content against common spam triggers (link ratios, risky phrases, image-to-text balance) before you send.

Inbox-placement tracking

See what percentage of mail actually reaches the inbox vs spam, per mailbox, trended over time.

Your deliverability checklist

  • SPF record present, valid, and under 10 DNS lookups
  • DKIM signing enabled with a published public key
  • DMARC policy set (start at p=none, tighten to quarantine/reject)
  • Domain & IP clear of major blacklists
  • Sending volume warmed up gradually, not all at once
  • Message content scored clean of spam triggers
