# Freelance Services Agreement
Effective 5/27/2026, between **Freelancer Name** ("Contractor") and **Client Name** ("Client").
## 1. Services
Contractor will provide: Build and deploy a marketing website.
## 2. Compensation
Rate: $100/hour. Invoices issued bi-weekly, payable within 14 days.
## 3. Term
3 months from the effective date, unless terminated earlier per Section 5.
## 4. Independent contractor
Contractor is an independent contractor, not an employee. Responsible for own taxes and insurance.
## 5. Termination
Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. Client pays for work completed through termination date.
## 6. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, all deliverables transfer to Client. Contractor retains rights to general tools and methodologies.
## 7. Confidentiality
Contractor will not disclose Client's confidential information for 3 years.
