1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OnlineCorners ("the Service") at onlinecorners.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Description of Service

OnlineCorners is a website intelligence platform that provides automated website scanning, health reporting, and analysis tools including SSL certificate checks, DNS record analysis, security header audits, SEO analysis, WHOIS lookups, page speed measurements, and more. Results are provided as informational reports scored out of 100.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@onlinecorners.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Scan websites or domains you do not own or have explicit written permission to scan.
• Use the Service to conduct denial-of-service attacks, brute force attacks, or any form of malicious scanning.
• Attempt to circumvent scan quotas, rate limits, or subscription restrictions.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to interact with the Service beyond the provided API (available on paid plans).
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute scan results or API access without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to collect information about third parties without their consent.
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or any disruptive technology into the Service.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

5.1 Plans

OnlineCorners offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Agency plans. Each plan includes a defined daily scan quota and access to specific features as described on our Pricing page. Plan features may change over time with reasonable notice.

5.2 Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
• All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
• If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at billing@onlinecorners.com.

6. Developer API

API access is available on paid plans. API keys must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all API usage under your key. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are used abusively or in violation of these Terms. Rate limits apply as specified in your plan.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by OnlineCorners and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Scan reports generated by the Service are provided for your personal or business use. You may not reproduce or republish them commercially without our written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Scan results are informational only. We do not guarantee that results are complete, accurate, or up-to-date. Website health scores are algorithmic assessments and should not be relied upon as professional security audits.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OnlineCorners and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OnlineCorners and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

12. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OnlineCorners operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
